What data we process We process the data you provide voluntarily by filling in the forms on this site: first and last name, email address, telephone number, nationality, property type, reference number of the property you are interested in and the content of your message. We also process browsing data collected through cookies and similar tools, described in the Cookie policy.

Why we process your data (purposes and legal bases) 1. To respond to your requests (information about a property, valuation request, general enquiry): processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). 2. To send the newsletter, if you subscribe: processing is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. 3. Legal obligations connected with real estate brokerage activity: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

How we process the data and who receives it The forms on this site are managed through the Framer platform (Framer B.V., Netherlands), acting as data processor. Requests are delivered to the agency's email address and handled through our internal contact management system. Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for the marketing purposes of external companies. Data may be accessed by agency staff authorised to process it and by technical service providers (hosting, email), appointed as processors where required.

Transfers outside the EU Some technical service providers may process data in countries outside the EU; in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of adequacy decisions or of the safeguards set out in art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep the data Contact and valuation requests: for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 36 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established. Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe). Data connected with instructions and negotiations: for the periods required by the law applicable to real estate brokerage.

Your rights You may exercise at any time the rights set out in art. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand). To exercise them, write to verdeoro@remax.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Nature of the provision of data Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary in order to follow up your request; without it, we will not be able to reply to you.
